Chris Jones runs the film Company Living Spirit Pictures Ltd with his partner Genevieve Jolliffe. They have made 3 British feature films which have won various festival awards the most recent being Urban Ghost Story starring Jason Connery, Stephanie Buttle and Heather Anne Foster, and was shot at Ealing Film Studios in the summer of ’97. Urban Ghost Story received two nominations in the British Independent Film Awards, Best First Time Direction for Genevieve Jolliffe, and Best achievement in Production for Chris Jones. The movie has also attended many film festivals, including Vancouver, Edinburgh and Coppenhagen.
Urban Ghost Story was released in UK cinemas in July 2001 and gained critical acclaim.
His books as mentioned above have become bestsellers and essential handbooks for any filmmaker around the world from low budget upwards and include 150 interviews from top film executives.
